Our daughter has been attending this nursery for over 2 years. In that time we have been constantly impressed by how our child has developed under the professional, kind and friendly care of the amazing staff. If level of care and the opportunity to flourish are your main priorities then we would definitely recommend sending a child to Once Upon A Time. I'm not sure there is much more that a parent can ask for.

My husband and I are very happy we chose this nursery for our kids. The decision was based originally on a very convenient location for us but we do not regret it a bit. My daughter loved going there (she is now in reception) and my son is the happiest boy when I leave him with the lovely staff every morning. Overall I highly recommend Once Upon a time and all the lovely staff that works there.

My daughter loved going to this nursery. She has learnt a lot through playing, from numbers and letters to, what impressed me the most, the solar system and she can now tell all the planets! She is now at reception and the teacher has expressed how impress she is with her knowledge! I also love the location, the park literally by their doorstep makes the nursery a dream place to be!

My little one loved going to OUAT. The staff are great and they adored her and all of the children which was evident by how happy they all were. There was lots of singing, outdoor play, arts n crafts, cuddles and yummy food made onsite. The team is big on learning through play, and everyone is in one room which so the children learn about caring, sharing and togetherness. My little one is thriving at school and I strongly feel it's thanks to the staff at OUAT.

Lovely little nursery, with such a great and supporting team. Both my children went here since they turned the age of 1, and now my second will be starting reception. My children have made friends and become so confident, they have learnt and grown so much from nursery. I am so grateful to the OUAT team for caring for and teaching my children. Thank you to the OUAT eastcote team for taking care of my babies.

I had very difficult time when my nursery got shut by ofstead and we were left without childcare . Once upon a time couldn't be more understanding and helpful . They supported us and were very flexible . The staff members very positive and proffesional. And what I love the most is their rules i.e. Strict no phone policy around children etc .clear procedures followed at all Times . I have very good opinion about them and trust them so much.

Great nursery, put our son in during Covid being a key worker. Staff loving and caring toward the children. Great communication with staff. Definitely recommend this nursery

All three of my children attended OUAT and I absolutely recommend this setting. My two eldest sons are nonverbal and autistic and Emma and the key workers were absolutely amazing with them. The staff are compassionate, understanding and enthusiastic and Emma always went out of her way to ensure our children received all the support they needed with referrals, etc for extra support. Our younger son was reluctant to participate with Speech and Language sessions outside of the nursery, and didn't enjoy it at all but progressed really well when the nursery did it with him. We reluctantly had to use a different nursery for our younger two when they moved their setting from Uxbridge to West Drayton - the other nursery we used just didn't compare! When they reopened in West Drayton, we enrolled our younger two immediately, despite the longer commute. We honestly felt like we were leaving our children with family, and we look back with fond memories.

My son has been going to Once Upon a Time nursery from the age of 9 months, he is now 2 and absolutely loves it! The staff are professional and friendly and he has built positive relationships with all of the team. They are also really accommodating if I need to send him in an extra day which is so helpful with balancing work! I love the pictures and updates that get sent home so I can see what he gets up to which are a variety of activities from outdoor play, painting, story time and messy play. I would highly recommend Once Upon a Time Hayes they do a fantastic job!

My son who is now 9 attended Once Upon a Time and now my daughter who is one does. 8 years difference between the two and they have the same key worker - a wholesome full circle moment that speaks a thousand words of the kind of staff once upon a time have. The staff who always greet me with a smile, positive attitude and are able to deal with any query in a prompt and efficient manner. My daughter’s day is always logged on the app, with progress photos, developments reports and the cutest pictures. Which makes going back to work after Maternity that much easier. Finding a nursery that is just right for your child/children is one of the most important decisions you have to make as a parent. Fortunately, I had worked with Once Upon a Time Nursery, Hayes, in a professional capacity before having children and could always see their passion and commitment to all children, particularly those with SEND. I knew then that this would be the best nursery for my child/children! All four of my children have attended this nursery and each one of them has thrived. Their uniqueness has been valued and celebrated and they have been supported to learn and grow into confident and happy children.  It has always felt like a home away from home experience for us! The love and nurture all the staff have shown my children has been second to none and they’ve also supported me as a parent through the highs and lows of this journey, always going above and beyond. As a parent who’s about to send my third child to Hayes nursery I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the support they’ve shown us in the past couple of years with everything (and it means the world to us as we navigate through our hectic neurodivergent life) - from polite and friendly approach to understanding my children’s special needs to referrals and support with EHCP and school applications and anything in-between.

Once Upon A Time in Hayes honestly is the most recommended nursery in the area. The environment is very welcoming. They support the children in their growth individually and they do a variety of activities. My boys always talk about what they have done that day. They have their best friends there and they are very happy. Communication with each staff member is strong. They are comforting with the children, kind, friendly, understanding and professional. The manager has a lovely manner and whenever I approach her, I always feel reassured. That’s all what I can ask for. Actually I wish they would have school so we wouldn’t have to find new place......:))))))) xx
